You will receive an email with instructions on your reservation instantly after you make your reservation. Your reservation can either be instantly confirmed or may require approval from us. If the reservation requires approval, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours to confirm the reservation.
A hold for the table deposit amount is made against your credit card in order to reserve a table; if you fail to show to your reservation (and fail to cancel the reservation by 6pm the day of the event), we have the right to capture a "no-show" fee. No, promoters and nightclub staff can skip the credit card process at our discretion.
No, credit card information is not stored; the transaction is encrypted and processed by our partners at PayPal and Moneris. We do not hold any actual credit card information.
